I restacked this and it went before I had a chance to comment.

I lost my comment when I went back to check my information. Anyway. I was going to say what fabulous information. Too much to take in at once.

I started my journey about women in the church by reading Beth Allison Barr’s book. That wetted my appetite. I haven’t been to university for over 50 years but this is fun.

Your link in Perpetua doesn’t work.

I’m excited to read more.

Blessings

Thank you, Jan! I will check that link. Beth's book was transformational for many, and I'm excited that her second one is coming soon. I hope you'll explore the Visual Museum at length to learn more about women who went before us. Blessings!

Loved the idea of a visual museum. As an artist it is very exciting. I copied the link to your post so I can go back and visit it. Just learning about substack. I think it's easier on my computer than on my phone.

May I ask you a question? I'm considering moving my Mailchimp list as I have 700 followers. Is this a good idea? I know I can't talk about my books and paintings as a selling feature on Substack - but that's okay. I just want to write consistently to my followers. I don't do that using Mailchimp. Too difficult.

Substack is a lot like Medium- easy to use and type on.

I don't know all the rules, but I do see a mechanism to import mailing lists from other platforms, including Mailchimp. So it's an option! Substack is great for newsletters to keep up consistently with you followers, as you said.

That's what I needed to hear. I have my list ready to go and import. I am going to do it. 🙏
